Forest Glen’s adventure staff lead camp activities, assist guests, ensure safe experiences, and help maintain facilities throughout all sessions. Activities include Zipline, High Ropes, Lifeguarding, Canoeing & Paddle Boarding, Target Sports, Teambuilding, etc.
A day faith-based Christian camp counselor guides campers spiritually, ensures their safety, and leads activities that support personal growth.
A Host sets up before group arrivals, greets and supports guests during their stay, breaks down after departure, reports to the designated program lead and manager, and assists with camper activities as needed.
The Retreat Coordinator position is responsible for managing the group retreat calendar at Forest Glen. This position is an integral part of the Retreats team and works directly with the Director of Retreats to create positive retreats reflective of Forest Glen’s mission.
Our housekeeping team plays an important role in maintaining clean facilities for our guests.
Responsible for helping in the kitchen to provide meals on time to guests including special diet requests. Works as team member in meal preparation, serving, cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen.

Our baristas are responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests by providing exceptional customer service while preparing & serving a variety of beverages, and conducting retail.
