In order to help you communicate with your son or daughter while they are at camp, we are providing this convenience for you to send them email.
We ask that you do not send attachments of any kind or forwards from others, but rather write just a personal note, pretending that you are putting pen to paper.
Emails sent by hitting the reply button often get lost in our filter
Just put your campers name on the subject line along with the name of the church or group that they are with, and if you know it their cabin name. When we have multiple groups and up to 450 campers here at once, we do need to know where to find them easily.
Emails are often received the day after they are sent.
We cannot guarantee that all emails wil get delivered, but we will try our best.
Also, please do not add us to your address book. We receive many emails in the off season that are part of mass emails to the “relatives”.
