The newly enhanced C.I.T. Program (Counselor in Training) has a place for all campers entering 8th grade through the 11th grade. Each year is different and offers many challenges that is sure to develop your potential as a Forest Glen Counselor!
Each level is limited to 7 guys and 7 girls. The ratio of counselor to participant is 1:7. We keep the groups small so the discipleship, training, and bonding of each participant can be more effective. In addition to the counselor, there will be one leadership member responsible for programming
The different levels of the program have their own bible studies, activity and work times. Our camp environment also provides many opportunities for personal growth and bonding. In addition, there will be specific times where the different levels will interact with each other under supervised environments.
